Returns & Exchanges

If your purchase isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items in their original condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest designated courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt.
